“Some of the most comforting words in the universe are ‘me too.’

That moment when you find out that your struggle is also someone else’s struggle, that you’re not alone, and that others have been down the same road.”

                               - Ritu Ghatourey

Bridge C-14 is building a community where no one touched by MAiD will feel alone or unsupported. We are providing a compassionate and safe place for individuals to share their lived experience and to build meaningful connections with others who can relate throughout all stages of the MAiD journey. We invite you to join in on the conversation, to find the support that you are seeking and to experience a feeling of community with others who understand and appreciate your journey.

If you are unable to find a resource, are looking for additional information or know of a service being offered that we should include on the website, contact us today!

Death Doulas

End-of-life doulas empower, educate and encourage people and their families to be involved in making decisions. A death doula supports a person during the dying process. This support is specific to that person's needs, beliefs, and desires which is fitting with MAiD.
